ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, fulfillment location, and order volume. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery ranges:
United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary due to fulfillment location, carrier schedules, customs processing, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS & MULTIPLE PACKAGES

To ensure faster and more efficient delivery, orders may be shipped in separate packages.

This means:

  • Items from the same order may arrive at different times
  • Packages may have separate tracking numbers
  • Receiving one package does not mean the full order is missing

This is normal and does not indicate an error with your order.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information will be provided when available.
Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take several days to appear
  • Tracking may not update consistently throughout the delivery process
  • Some packages may show limited tracking depending on the carrier

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Local taxes, VAT, or import charges may apply depending on the destination country.

PLAIN HABIT is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


SHIPPING DELAYS

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier or logistics partner delays
  • Customs inspection
  • Weather conditions
  • High seasonal demand

LOST, DELAYED OR STUCK PACKAGES

If your package appears delayed or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@plainhabit.com.

We will assist in investigating the shipment with our fulfillment and logistics partners.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered. PLAIN HABIT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
PLAIN HABIT is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
